The British lady at the front desk made us feel very cared for and was extremely polite and helpful while setting up e bikes and answering any questions we had during our stay. She was very accommodating and made us feel right at home and cared for. Would go back just to deal with her again, the rooms were very clean and cozy. The whole rental grounds were clean and quiet. Overall made for an incredible weekend trip for my fiancé and myself. 10/10

This lodge was amazing!! Very busy trail head but the facility handled the crowd wonderfully and being able to stay at this location gave us the opportunity to head to the waterfalls after all the tour busses ended for the day!!
We could have used an extra toilet paper roll under the sink!!

Location
Decades old cabins, comfortable but not very clean. Bare minimum bathroom, with no heating (at 1450m) but an electric fire which should be hazardously placed next to the shower. WiFi extremely slow and often off. No coin washing machine & dryer for guests - nearest laundromat 25 km away. No included breakfast. Given the beautiful but not unique location, 300 CAD/night could be understandable. But it’s 740 CAD/night! Extortionate, and abysmal value for money.
