    The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to check in 3 hours early, which was such a nice touch. Thank you so much—we’ll definitely be back again soon!

    Overall a real great stay with comfy beds, living area, wood fireplace and a small balcony, but was unfortunately let down by the lack of real acccessibility. We had a family member on a powered wheelchair so I made sure to contact the hotel to enquire if their rooms were accessible, which they said it was. Ended up there was a significant level difference at the main door to be overcomed. Kudos to their maintenance guy who supplied wood planks and a long carpet rug to make it all work. However It felt like I was doing most of the work, from coming up with the idea and arranging the planks etc. So, no, this place is not accessible-friendly.
