    We stayed in the Premium Queen Room - it’s spacious and felt new. Loved the included breakfast. The outdoor pool was super warm, so I’d love to come back during winter for it. You can’t get a more central location- just a two minute walk from everything.

    Good location that is walkable to everywhere in Banff, friendly staff, it is pricy in the summer (but less so than some other hotels in the area), free parking and breakfast is a plus

    We were offered a paid upgrade upon check in for bigger room with additional beds. Food is decent for breakfast. Hot tub, steam room and sauna all in good condition

    We stayed 5 nights at Banff Aspen without wifi! We couldn’t access even though we tried it at the lobby. We won’t recommend who wants to stay more than one night at this hotel . It was super inconvenient with “ useless wifi”. We have to use Elk + Ave wifi to access urgent matters. Managers knew this problem but didn’t care. How can a hotel without “WiFi “ nowadays?
