poor maintenance,Our stay was highly uncomfortable due to constant noise and poor facilities. The bed was extremely squeaky every time we moved, and the ceiling was so thin that we could constantly hear the guests upstairs walking and creaking above us.The amenities were equally frustrating. We couldn’t connect or cast our phones to the TV. Instead, it forced us to use their system, which charged a ridiculous $25 for every single video. To make matters worse, the bathroom had absolutely no ventilation.

Corner room in heritage building was a good experience. But the rooms are old and out of date. Overpriced.

It's lovely hotel as long as you get the right tower I can see if you came here and got an older Tower and an older room you might feel that it isn't a good deal however we were extremely lucky with an Lakeside View in the newer Tower. We had a fantastic time, it was perfect for girls trip getaway

The resort was nice. The attendants that we did see where nice. But, we were stuck in the old wing, in a room that had no balcony or deck and not enough plug ins. I had to unplug the lamp and coffee pot to charge my devices.
