The mineral pools are nice and relaxing and had enough space where everyone was not cramped together. The hotel is dated and a bit run down. The carpets smell and really need to be cleaned. The rooms were well cleaned but the shower and toilet were old and need some maintenance. There is a microwave in the main lobby for the entire hotel to use rather than in each room, or even each floor, this is very odd.
I think they could benefit from purchasing new/more supplies like robes and coffee cups, most people who I saw arriving did not have robes nor did they know where to get them. Coffee mugs have many chips and are long overdue for replacement, also coffee was lacking in the room. Overall its an average place to stay and you go for the springs, do not expect much from the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel during the Canadian thanksgiving weekend. We stayed in the older hotel half of the resort which was very quaint. The pools are heated from the nearby hot springs so even when the temperature was cooler the pools were delightfully warm. The Copper Room offers great dining with live music to dance to after dinner. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Room that I got was not even cleaned, we had to ask for towels like mutiple times before we got any. Had to ask for bathrobes and security guard tried to follow me wherever i was going near the pool area.
