    “Don’t judge a book by its cover. “ From the outside this hotel is dated and has an obscure entrance. However the room we had was totally renovated and updated. IT HAD ALL THE ESSENTIAL AMENITIES, was quiet and comfortable. Good value. At checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. At checkout 5:39am, staff not as helpful. Good location not far off the perimeter highway with a very good stop mall a short block away. Do not expect much of a bar or restaurant as none was evident. although it stated a breakfast was included we checked out before witnessing a breakfast service🤷‍♀️

    Power outage, no acknowledgment, no apologies, no resolution, staff ignored like nothing ever happened . Had to spend whole night without power and it was hot

    No elevator. Where you have to park your vehicle, it’s busy, as a beer store is there. Couldn’t make the a/c cold. Management has it coldest setting to 20 degrees. Most uncomfortable bed I have slept in
