    The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the airport in a few minutes by going through The Grand hotel. I was surprised that we had a view of the runways and could watch the planes coming and going with minimal noise. The biggest downsides were that the bathtub was losing its finish and the tile grout was a bit dirty around it. Also the air conditioning was not very powerful. Overall, I would stay here again.

    Overall positive, but there were three problems. Firstly, the Gateway online menu included the pork rib dinner for $31. However the actual price turned out to be $41. The staff showed me that price on the printed menu and I paid it because I’d already ordered the meal. Secondly, we slept with the HVAC turned off because it was too loud when running so the room was a bit cold. Thirdly, the pillows were uncomfortable. Otherwise, we liked the rest of the hotel and staff were all friendly.

    The bathroom smelled so bad, possibly because the shower curtain hadn’t been washed in a long time. The entire room was filled with that terrible smell… I didn’t even want to breathe. However, it was quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably, and the staff were friendly.
