    The lobby is very busy, and requests for amenities can take some time, which is perhaps understandable for a hotel of this size. The destination fee does come with hotel credit that can be used at the restaurant, which is a nice perk. However, the billing process lacks transparency. At the end of the month, I discovered an additional charge on my credit card despite having requested to use my hotel credit. What is even more disappointing is that I have been unable to get an explanation, despite contacting the hotel by both phone and email. I have yet to receive any response regarding the extra charge. The location is convenient, but the lack of transparency in billing and the poor follow-up on customer concerns significantly detract from the overall experience.
