This charming boutique hotel is located right on the St Laurence River. From my balcony I watched the ships sail into and out of the Quebec City harbor. Beautiful location.
The wait staff in the restaurant could have been more welcoming.

The location was absolutely wonderful. What a site and what a view! Unbeatable
The property needs serious TLC. It has charm but needs care. I thought the windows were not very clean. The terrasse is beautiful but the seating on it is not very good. The Adirondack chairs were falling apart and needed paint. And there are not enough of them. I opened an umbrella for the sun (the staff should have been doing that) and it was partly broken. The dresser in the room is very last century but not very practical. We left the hotel at 8:30am and no one was at the front desk. We discovered on arrival that the dining room is closed on Tuesday evenings. It seems the hotel relies entirely on its location for its business because despite all of its flaws I would stay there again.
