About this house rental
Located in the Park of Mount Subasio, 5 km away from Assisi, this ancient stone house has been recently renovated. This is a detached house but is not isolated. Overlooked by the majestic Mount Subasio, the property boasts a beautiful view over the countryside, the Rocca, and the antique domes of Assisi. Very well oriented, the property is illuminated by last rays of sunlight at sunset.
Elegantly furnished, the house offers three double bedrooms, a bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with a large antique fireplace, a fresh porch with an impressive wooden table, and a beautiful garden around the house.
In addition, it is surrounded by a wonderful countryside inspiring peace and serenity, with its woods, olive trees, cherry trees, walnuts, lavender, rose, rosemary bushes, and cultivated fields.
There is a wonderful stone pool (5x12 m) available from June to September.

Wer ein ruhiges, abgelegenes, einfaches Domizil -auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Mt. Subasio- mit einem eigenen Pool sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Eine längere Schotterpiste muss jedoch hierfür in Kauf genommen werden und das Nachtleben muss selbst gestaltet werden. Die Vermieterin ist unkompliziert, das Haus war sauber, das Grundstück großzügig, der Pool super. Wir -eine Familie mit zwei Kindern- haben es sehr genossen. Johannes Tilgner

la sistemazione si è rivelata estremamente silenziosa e tranquilla, molto accogliente con stanze spaziose. Il giardino e la piscina sono vivibilissimi . La propietaria, molto gentile, si è dimostrata attenta e disponibile risolvendo rapidamente il problema (peraltro non riconducibile a lei) con la connessione internet. La strada per raggiungere la casa è sterrata ma praticabile con una certa attenzione, io mia moglie eravamo in scooter e tranne che in caso di forte pioggia non abbiamo avuto problemi. L'attrezzatura della cucina completa, manca, forse volutamente, una televisione .

Wer die Ruhe liebt und sich nicht von einer Schotterstraße abschrecken lässt, ist in diesem Haus wunderbar untergebracht.
