This immaculate Bellavista Villa with it's own private pool and roof top terrace is located in the popular Residencial Monte y Mar area of El Gran Alacant... within easy reach of local restaurants, bars and shops as well as the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Los Arenales and Playa del Carabsi.
This stunning luxury villa near Alicante on Spain’s sun-drenched Costa Blanca located in Gran Alacant, 6 km from Santa Pola, 15 km south of Alicante city centre and conveniently located just 20 minutes away from Alicante international airport (but not in the flight path). The beautiful villa is a perfect choice for those looking for peace and tranquility whilst taking advantage of the local amenities.
This single story villa is tastefully decorated in whites, and natural shades, which, combined with the open plan layout, provides an airy and spacious environment in which to relax. With a large open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy your stay.
On entering the property you will find a kidney shaped 6m x 3m pool in the front patio area, leading you up the steps to a raised portico terrace with balustrade and 'alfresco' dining table. On the first floor there is a spacious open plan lounge with dining area, leading into the kitchen, fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine... Off the lounge we have a hallway leading to a fully tiled luxury house bathroom with shower , two bedrooms, one master double and one twin room, the master room having a fully tiled luxury en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and floor to ceiling spacious 'built in' wardrobes and drawers for storage.
The property is air conditioned to lounge and bedrooms, with 'sofa bed' style seating in the lounge. Satellite T.V is provided with many English and international channels, there is also an array of paperback novels for those who may wish to while away their days relaxing under a beautiful cloudless big blue sky ..... turning a few pages.

Process from booking, communication & stay was excellent.
Villa is very clean, well equipped and maintained to a high standard.
Access to Restaurants, supermarket a short 10 - 15 minute walk.
I can without hesitation recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the future.

From start to finish the communication from Peter was brilliant, the property manager met with us on arrival and showed us around the villa advising if we needed anything to drop her a message or call. The villa was very well equipped with attention to detail. The location to amenities was just a 10-15 min walk away. Overall a very good experience.

Maison dans un quartier calme, propre et bien équipé, piscine très agréable, commerces à 5 minutes à pieds, village de Santa Pola à 6 km très agréable. Séjour très agréable avec un temps toujours beau.
