Lo que más se puede destacar es la buena ubicación cerca de la playa y a 10 minutos del centro de Santa Pola en coche. destacar también la urbanización y la casa en general en buenas condiciones y bien equipada con neveras de playa y utensilios de cocina y aire acondicionado.
Lo único negativo son las camas y el sofá, colchones viejos y poco cómodos, literas muy pequeñas para personas adultas y el sofá muy antiguo e incómodo también pero por lo general bien. La limpieza en general bien pero si recomiendo que se limpie un poco por debajo de los muebles.
