    My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chateau Lacombe Hotel! From the front desk to housekeeping and everyone behind the scenes, the service was exceptional from start to finish. A very special shoutout to Anna at the Concierge Lounge, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made a lasting impression. The breathtaking views of the River Valley were worth every penny, and the hotel’s unbeatable location made exploring Edmonton so convenient. With outstanding hospitality, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Chateau Lacombe Hotel has become our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Edmonton. Simply the best—we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

    This hotel is easy to get to from the airport. The desk staff & valet were efficient & helpful.

    Travelled with my mom. Got a room with 2 double beds. Beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room was very clean. Great location. Staff were great, particularly the concierge team.

    Building is old. Parking lot is very narrow, and shared with public. Top level says Small Cars only but was filled with large trucks that made it feel very tight to drive through. You definitely don’t want to leave anything in your vehicle. And they charge you $25 a day, yet other reviews showed that paying for parking yourself may be cheaper? It’s the cheapest hotel you can find downtown but you get what you pay for.
