Nice hotel front desk staff were great and very helpful with questions we had room was clean was all around a good place to stay would recommend it we will stay again if we go back to Edmonton

Never stayed at this hotel. The morning of our planned stay, our appointment in Edmonton was rescheduled to next week. I called hotel to request a date reschedule and while they were agreeable, said I needed to contact Agoda. The phone number provided did not work. Their on line chat….I’m still waiting for a response. A simple request but impossible to deal with Agoda. I will never use Agoda again!

The staff are fantastic and go over and above to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They have a laundry room for guest use. The restaurant food is great so are the staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room had a bit of a dirty carpet smell with air freshener. The bathroom baseboards need replacing. Other than that, the hotel was a fine place to stay for a few nights. The staff were good. the room was quiet and the location was just right for what we wanted.
