The location was good for getting to the airport for an early morning flight. The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was quiet and clean. Our flight was so early the breakfast hadn’t started yet.

Good hotel, reasonable short shuttle ride to the airport.

Property was nice, clean, lots of parking, with a lot of stuff close by, like an I-Max movie theater. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

Extremely disappointing considering the price.

This was an extremely expensive 1 night stay which and additional cost for parking. Worst breakfast I have ever experienced (especially for the room rate). Breakfast was horrendously disorganised- not even enough seats for everyone, it was hot, noisy and chaotic. Breakfast choices were limited and all extremely poor quality or unhealthy. Not a good start to the day especially when you have a long day of travelling ahead.

Good location for overnight stay for onward travel to airport

The proximity to the airport was good, large free car park available. Rooms were comfortable and generous in size. Additional facilities (not used) include a small swimming pool, jacuzzi and basketball court.

Breakfast was not of a high standard and bothersome. Insufficient facilities and service for the number of guests and only very basic breakfast available in a self service manner. Guests almost clambering over one another to get to food.

Wooden cutlery says it all about this hotel!

Nothing in this hotel met our expectations

Location appeared to be good on the map but in reality this hotel is in the middle of nowhere next to a leisure complex with poorly rated restaurants. The suite we booked was dark and dingy, paper cups and only a coffee machine supplied. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people using it and breakfast options offered were average and to top it all off we had to eat off paper plates and use wooden cutlery. Not the sort of service we expected for the price we paid for the room

They tried to steal $ for a parking fee at checkout even though it was not disclosed up front. It was not on the website. Was not disclosed at check in even though I told them I was driving a cube van. They just simply tried to steal $25 at checkout. Just plain sneaky, kinky, and crooked. For what they charge for a room the should have washed it for me. Not tried to steal $ Shameful. If want a parking fee disclose it up front.

Bad communication

Staff very polite but so over busy we did not get our shuttle for two hours from YVR to hotel. We kept getting put in hold when calling re pick up, and we were never got back to. We had to keep hanging up and calling again.

At 1.30 in the morning, when we had been standing outside for 2 hours, we wanted a warm room. It was freezing. Someone had left the air con on since the day before, which had been hot.

This hotel is out in a rural area. It’s a little weird - there is a large movie, skating, etc complex beside the hotel but only a couple of places to eat….Subway and Old Spaghetti Factory. The rooms are large and clean
