Nice and clean, Great staff.
They don’t mention this, but if you think a Mountain View room will be peaceful and relaxing, be mindful that the resteraunt music starts at 8am and goes through to a 10pm. The windows are not the best insulated for sound,

Location amazing and staff lovely and character of the building and rooms is gorgeous. The bed is so comfortable.
Get a room on the opposite side to the bottom of the gondolas if you don’t want noise.

location is great
room had a loud mechanical noise which though was intermittent, was extremely annoying. Staff was unable to resolve the problem. Also - parking is extra.
