Sundial Hotel

Location was superb. Some people might find it noisy as there is great nightlife around it. The room was perfect. Large 2 bedroom room with a well stocked kitchen and some great views of the mountains.

There was a very bad smell on one of the days. It turns out they were working in the room beside it as obviously disturbed some plumbing pipes. The hotel responded to it straight away (thankfully).

The location was amazing and we seem to have a corner room assigned to us since it had a great view of the mountains and the activities around the hotel. The apartment (stayed in a 2-bedroom) was supper spacious so we had a relaxing time. We also used the rooftop tub in the evening where you need to book a 30-minute slot; unfortunately it was too cold on the day we booked. There are a lot of hotels/apartment in the same location but the key to our great experience are the hotel staff - they were great! The front line staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful/informative, which made us feel at home. The valet parking was efficient and staff never make you feel like they work hard to earn tips.

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer ;-)

The location is perfect, very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the roomed everything you need.

It would be very nice to have a pool.

The staff are very pleasant and the hotel is in an excellent location. Whistler is beautiful

The hotel is very tired. I booked the hotel based on previous reviews, however I was really disappointed with the room, it needs a total upgrade. The room was very clean but it is dated, dark, tired furniture and some stains on the carpets.
