    Hotel was excellent but staff at the reception was non cooperative. They were just not customer friendly. Customer satisfaction was not on their priority list

    We were right in the heart of the action - close to restaurants and pubs. A great venue with friendly staff

    We stayed on lift queen bedroom at the executive Inn and the pool and hot tub on the other building which you have to walk for about 3mins and we get the the pool no shower room/change room I have my kids 2 years old and 7 yearsl old all bundle up snow boots and winter gear because we are f Going to walk and find out we can't get dress the guess service told us we can used the common washroom with nothing to put out cloths or hang it. And having a kids in a tiny bathroom trying to get dress is worse things and grossed. The receptionist told us that next time just put robe on and wear the swim wear and put jacket on yeah wear your robe a cold snowy day outside great! Then it's says pool and hot tub is open from 8am to 10pm we went there 9:30am. pool is open but no sign that the hot tub is not open and it's under cleaning maintenance the kids gets colds hoping we can warm up in the hot tub but no now need to run to the tiny washroom again to try to warm up my kids and they on They don't even provide room sleepers anymore. And the room we are staying have pluming issue the water from the kitchen sink overflow to the shower floor and it's stinks Told it to the reception and they send. Maintenance and just say Sorry about that. Very bad customer service you payed ***+ for a stinky room. I even show the video to the maintenance and all we get is oops to bad so sad. Very disappointed.
