The guy at the reception was very pleasant and always ready to help, which made a great impression. I also really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the complimentary coffee, juices, and snacks available at the reception throughout the day.
We stayed for three days, and while the bed was made every day, the actual cleaning was very superficial. The bathroom floor was never washed during our entire stay, and the microwave remained covered in greasy fingerprints the whole time. It seems they only do a quick tidy-up rather than a proper clean.
