    We stayed her this past weekend. The location is OK. Though I wasn't too thrilled that it is above an adult entertainment club. The parking was hard to find and you have to carry all your stuff all around the building to the front door as there is no access from the back. The room was small but clean. There should be more space available to hang coats etc. The bathroom sing was broken (as in the porcelain) This should be replaced as it looked like it had been like that for quite some time. Check out is 11am, and that means that cleaner are knocking at 11:01.am We loved the rooftop patio, that was a really nice bonus. Overall it was just what we needed for an overnight stay.

    I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe and secure. The check in info was emailed to me 30 min before check in and everything went extremely well.

    Here’s my complaint. Yesterday night I had contacted Westlake and asked if I were suite was available for another night. Wesley has said it was available, but because I booked through Agoda, I would have to reach out to them for my stay to be extended. After speaking to Agoda. They said that they did extend my stay. This morning me and my boyfriend were rudely awakened by loud banging From the housekeepers, and when we open the door, they had said they need to clean out our room. We were confused because according to Agoda was extended. Not long after I received a text from Westlake asking if my state was extended, and I told them that Agoda had said they extended my stay. They said that they didn’t see it and call Westlake. As I was on the phone with them was sitting in the washroom when the manager for Westlake put in the pin number for our room and try to come inside. He didn’t knock at all. He just put the pin number in and try to open the door. He wasn’t able to open the door because we had locked the inside. He was banging on the door like he was the police not giving us time to come to the door to open it before banging again. A woman in there who had just woken up, not even dressed it made me feel unsafe the manager would and could just walk in at any time without even knocking. After my boyfriend open the door, he tried to force himself into the room. The manager said we’ve been trying to reach you guys since forever. My boyfriend told him that I was on the phone with Westlake at the time. He then demanded for a card and made us feel like we were trying to stiff him For the room, even though we got confirmation from Agoda that the stay was extended. I understand if Westlake wasn’t able to see it from their end, but the manager should not be able to come into the room, knowing that we were there without even knocking first. I wasn’t even dressed and even open the door for him he tried to force himself into the room while I wasn’t even dressed. After all of this, after I gave him my card, there was no sympathy shown not even a Sorry from him . Make sure to always have your door locked if inside but never leave anything valuable when you’re not at the hotel. Also seen other reviews saying this manager has entered the suites while guests were inside. Be cautious.
