The rooms were clean and well appointed. Parking was available onsite, and staff were friendly. Coffee and food options are available onsite and nearby. The location of this hotel is excellent.

We just had the worst experience staying in this hotel. We don't mind the facility being old, but it's awfully dirty everywhere; the toilet flushing didn't work, which caused the water to flow almost all night. Worse thing is that we were placed in a room that didn't have an embedded AC. They, instead, gave us a portable cooler machine that produced no cool air but loud noises. We were not able to sleep because of the high volume noise, so we had to shut down the machine. We weren't able to open the window either because it is locked. We end up sweating the whole time while staying there. Definitely don't recommend this hotel to whoever travels to downtown Montreal. Very terrible experience overall.
