Greeted at front desk by welcoming and professional staff. Room was modern and extremely clean. Lovely bathroom and beds. Would stay again and highly recommend to others.

Nice hotel, perfectly located and clean. The only anoying thing was the smell of food from the restaurant all over the hotel.

We just had the worst experience staying in this hotel. We don't mind the facility being old, but it's awfully dirty everywhere; the toilet flushing didn't work, which caused the water to flow almost all night. Worse thing is that we were placed in a room that didn't have an embedded AC. They, instead, gave us a portable cooler machine that produced no cool air but loud noises. We were not able to sleep because of the high volume noise, so we had to shut down the machine. We weren't able to open the window either because it is locked. We end up sweating the whole time while staying there. Definitely don't recommend this hotel to whoever travels to downtown Montreal. Very terrible experience overall.
