    The location was convenient, with a streetcar stop nearby and easy access to Union Station in about 20–30 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the building felt secure and safe.

    Perfect location. 510 streetcar stops right outside so direct to union station and one stop to Pearson airport. Lots of restaurants and bars on Spadina and college street. Easy walk to downtown and casa loma. Cooked breakfast in cafeteria, buffet style as good as most hotels. Really good bacon! Rooms are basic and clean. Fast internet but no TV or kettle or comfy chair. There is a communal kitchen, sitting room and laundry on the floor but I didn't use. Shared bathroom was always clean, hot water with good pressure in shower and never too busy. It's a bargain at the price. If I ever go back to Toronto would definitely look here first.
