Quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with mountain views. Steps from the pool and spa. Perfectly located close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indian Wells Golf Resort, restaurants, and shopping. An ideal retreat for Desert Trip, Coachella, and Stagecoach. Recently upgraded bathrooms, flooring, and stack stone fireplace. The home has a great entertainment living area to accommodate you and your friends.
Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $100 per pet fee- dogs only.
Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.
On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.
31-night minimum
No high-profile cars are allowed.
Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.
We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

The condo is very dark even in the middle of the day. This is due to it's close proximity to the mountain, and the dark tint on the windows.
The kitchen is small and not easy to work in if you want to cook meals. The microwave is awkwardly placed in a corner next to the sink with the door opening toward the wall. This requires one to either reach over the top of the door or lean over the sink to remove items.
The garage parking is very tight and makes exiting ones vehicle difficult. Since the driveway is short a vehicle can not be parked there. The outdoor guest parking slot next to the condo has irrigation sprayers which cover the front of your vehicle with spray each time the system waters.
The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk in. The best feature of this property is the great room with a fireplace that takes away the chill on cool mornings and evenings.
