In the living room, there is a sofa and side chair, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The kitchen contains all major appliances and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. The back patio has a dining table for four. There is a queen Aerobed in the bedroom closet that can be used in the living room to sleep four. The unit can be combined with LV007 (Downstairs Studio Opening to a private fountain) to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability).
