Very friendly and helpful owner, warm welcome; clean and nicely decorated, spacious room with small balcony, comfortable beds, A/C, fan, safe, small fridge, good WiFi; very delicious breakfast (with fresh fruit, juice, etc.), Location ist in walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants and the walking street; owner offers and organizes great excursions to See all the Natural Wonders of Ninh Binh and surrounding; great value! If we come back to Ninh Binh, for sure we will come back to Friendly Home Hotel!!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable and great soup for breakfast. You could trust that the food was prepared well and in clean conditions. Clean food was hard to find.
There is nothing I didn't like. Are there more luxury hotels? Yes! However, I would choose to stay here for the family friendly staff the helpful owner. Maybe a suggestion for hotel to have a common lounge/TV/coffee area but they are limited for room.
