Nice family run hotel in Ninh Binh. Friendly, walkable to the train station, breakfast included, and secured motorcycle within the hotel grounds.
Very reasonably priced for a 1 night stopover and short sightseeing.

With Xuan and Hoa we felt immediately a warm welcome both gracious and friendly hosts. We enjoyed their company immensely. The hotel is very well situated centrally but in a quiet spot buy a small lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable and was much preferable to stay there then Tam coc. That have many returning guests and it is obvious why. Loved it.
