Bay Cove sits behind the guard gate of a quiet residential pocket in Newport Beach, a single-level condo where everything happens on one floor and the big windows keep every room bright. The home was professionally redesigned from top to bottom, and it shows in the details: light wood floors, brass light fixtures, framed abstract art, and views of palms and greenery from nearly every room. The living room is made for settling in, with a deep sofa and armchairs gathered around a fireplace, plus a sofa bed for an extra guest or two. It opens right into the dining area, where a long table seats eight under a sculptural chandelier. The kitchen runs alongside in white stone and dark cabinetry, with a waterfall island and four stools for morning coffee or a quick lunch. By the window, a smaller round table ringed with blue velvet chairs is a good spot for breakfast or an afternoon card game. The primary suite has a king bed, a fireplace of its own, and a spa-style bath with a freestanding soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. Two more bedrooms each have a queen bed, and with three full bathrooms, mornings move along without a wait. A dedicated office with a large desk keeps work in its own room if you're here on business, and a laundry room handles the practical side of a longer stay. Out back, the private patio is where evenings end up. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
