158 Barcom Avenue is a traditional white bricked terrace row home quantily located on a tree lined street in Darlinghurst surrounded by inner city greenery, extraodinary dining, historic architecture and communal living. Our location is just a few minutes walk away from the famous Victoria street with exceptional multi-cultural dining, local cafe and is just a 5-10minutes walk from the local shopping district and Kings Cross Train Station.
We are uniquely positioned for transit to some of Sydney's oldests points of interest including; Australian Museum, St Mary's Cathedral and Hyde Park. Additionally; travel to Darling harbour and Circular Quay is a just a short distance away by Bus. Enjoy comfortable living for the whole family with child friendly amenities, a newly renovated open deck space, raised outdoor dining, electric BBQ & kitchen, and garage space for those on the move.

2. The home is located adjacent to a school. This can make the front entry area noisy during weekdays and certains hours of the day. (The noise is not audible past the front door)
We grealy value long term guests and provide a years round 15% discount that extends up to 20% on select months. This is best suited for those who enjoy longer term vacations, are undergoing renovation work, need temporary residence for business relocations and digital nomads.
