It's exactly what I was expecting. Great location. Plenty of room. Great to have parking.
Only that the street noise was loud, but that was always to be expected being the ground floor.

Comfortable, had all we needed for a short stay, nice pub just up the road.
The street it’s on is very steep, not too much of an issue for us. It could sleep 4 but with the one small ensuite I would suggest no more than 3.

Great value for money in an excellent location. At our time of arrival, we were able to park on the street right outside & unload luggage. Secure off street parking was included & located just around the corner. Pod coffee machine for caffeine addicted. Close to great bakeries for breakfast pastries & fancy coffee shops. Many restaurants nearby. Short walk or light rail ride into the city.
Misleading size. LARGE it is not. Listed as 206m². Actual floor area 42m². Curtains & no blinds let in so much light that we were all awoken at dawn. Bring your eye masks & ear plugs! Many minor defects such as lifting laminate flooring, towel rails falling off wall, cracked glass cooktop, TV not level. Host was slow to confirm booking and to respond to questions about parking size & location. Off street parking was tight to navigate, not suitable for long or tall vehicles.
