Location was great, proximity to convenience store downstairs.
More seating in lounge area - we had 3 adults and 1 child, and there was 1x 3 seater couch (there were additional sofa in bedroom that we moved out to the lounge room to accommodate eveyrone).
Sunlight in main room was sooo bright in the morning, as couldn't close blind due to portable air conditioning. Would be good to be able to block out or remove the aircon in winter so can close properly.
