The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 130 m² house for rent in Saint-Cyr-de-Salerne, set in a 2,300 m² wooded garden opposite a forest, and able to accommodate up to 7 guests.

– A 30 m² living room with a corner sofa, a TV and a wood-burning stove (wood provided).
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area.
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe
– A shower room with a shower and toilet
Upstairs:
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
– A bedroom with two single beds (100x200)
– A bedroom with a single bed (90x190) and a desk
– A shower room with a shower and toilet
Outside:
– A 40 m² west-facing terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days.
– A garden with trees and flowers covering approximately 2,600 m². It faces south-east, is private and enclosed.
