Welcome to The Golders Getaway, a generous two-storey home designed with space, comfort, and effortless family living in mind. Beautifully laid out to accommodate families, this home provides a wonderful balance of shared social areas and quiet, retreat spots.
The upper level serves as the heart of the home. Here, you will find a open-plan layout connecting the main lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen that makes preparing group meals an ease. As you relax or share a meal together, you can take in the elevated views stretching out toward Town, Lake Taupo and the mountains. Upstairs also has two bedrooms and a full family bathroom.
Downstairs is an ideal secondary living space, making it easy to spread out. Featuring two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a rumpus room. This rumpus area is perfect as a separate lounge for children or teenagers, a spot for movie nights, or a quiet zone to unwind with a good book.
The home has Four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and Two bathrooms.

• Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed (Upstairs)
• Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed (Downstairs)
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed and 1 set of Single Bunk Beds (Downstairs)
Linen is included with the cleaning fee.
You can gather around the BBQ for easy outdoor dining on sunny afternoons, or end your day with a relaxing soak in the spa pool. For added convenience, the property includes a double garage with plenty of space to store bikes, water toys, or lake gear, as well as ample off-street parking on the driveway.
Things to note:
No alcohol or glassware permitted in or around the spa.
Quiet hours apply out of respect for the neighbours; spa use between 9am – 9pm only.
Linen and Wi-Fi included (linen provided as part of the cleaning fee).
Children must be supervised at all times especially if using the Spa pool.
Strictly no events, parties, stag or hens dos permitted.
