We loved the bedroom/bathroom configuration. The outdoor areas looked fabulous but we didn’t use them. Loved the lounge seating all being able to put our feet up. The kitchen was set up really well for self catering. Great having the bar/restaurant next door - you couldn’t hear a thing. Beautiful view of the mountains.
Recommend the compendium is updated and the TV instructions/equipment is accurate. We accessed TV via the internet and a lot of lagging.

House was clean, tidy and everything we needed. Room for our family of 10. We had great views to the lake. We would stay again
We couldn’t get the tv to have just free to air programs but it didn’t effect our stay

A huge house, great for extended family to get together. Plenty of space for everyone with bedrooms and extra sitting rooms upstairs and downstairs, plus having 3 bathrooms is a bonus.

A comfortable and spacious house with everything you need with a great outdoor space that's ideal for relaxing. Perfect for a family or group stay. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is absolutely perfect with beautiful views of the lake. Very neat. I can truly recommend a stay at Top of the Lake!
I f I need to give negative feedback - some beds were too soft for our preference and we struggled with the TV remote.
