The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests.

✢ Parties are only permitted with prior authorization.
✢ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, an additional fee will apply and a security deposit will be required.
✢ Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
✢ In accordance with local laws, excessive noise is not permitted after 11:00 p.m. unless prior authorization has been granted.
✢ Only guests registered on the reservation may enter the villa. Any outside visitors must be registered with us in advance.
✢ Daily housekeeping and bed linen/towel changes are available on request for an additional fee.
✢ Pool maintenance is done every three days.
✢ If you wish to hire an outside service provider who has not been authorized by us, including Airbnb Experience providers, we must receive their information in advance. A vendor fee of MXN $3,000 will also apply, and a security deposit will be required.
