Three bedrooms, a spacious balcony, and a unique floor plan: The architect’s apartment in the Land & Meer building offers plenty of space—about 60 m²—for a North Sea vacation with up to five people.
The vacation apartment is located on the first floor in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg, just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and the Wernerwald forest. It is a non-smoking apartment, furnished to be allergy-friendly, and is rented exclusively without pets.
The Accommodation
Anyone traveling with family or friends appreciates having separate bedrooms. This architect-designed apartment offers three of them: one with a double bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with a single bed.
The living area provides plenty of space for all guests to eat together, watch a movie, or plan the next day of their vacation. The open kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.
The large balcony extends the living space outdoors and invites you to start the day or wind it down comfortably while enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack.
Around the house
The Land & Meer house is located in Sahlenburg, one of Cuxhaven’s most popular coastal towns. Here, the sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, and the Wernerwald are all close together.
Take a morning walk through the forest, relax on the beach at noon, or explore the coast by bike—there’s plenty to do right from the vacation rental. Restaurants and cafés are also within easy reach.
Additional Important Information
The vacation rental includes an underground parking space. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A shared bicycle storage room, as well as washers and dryers, are available in the building.
The apartment is designed to accommodate up to five people. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request. Bedding and towels can be booked as an add-on for an additional fee.
