'Quartier Hohe Geest 18 - beach time'. In a fantastic location of Sahlenburg is this comfortably furnished new apartment. Be one of the first guests of this modern and bright apartment with partial sea view and sauna !. The house was completed in June 2018.

Bed linen and tea towels can be ordered for a fee if required. Fitted sheets for the beds and a set of bath linen per booked person is already included.
100, - € deposit are due in advance. This will be refunded after departure.
Pets allowed for an additional charge (max 2 dogs allowed, no cats).
For booking the additional pet, please contact your agency.
The attractive apartment has been designed high quality and thoughtful and offers you, among other things, underfloor heating in the entire apartment, a modern fitted kitchen and a sauna in your own apartment. The floor to ceiling windows let plenty of natural light in the spacious apartment, located in the 3rd. Upstairs of this new building is located and the balcony offers a partial sea view and is optimally oriented to the south.
You can park your car comfortably on the corresponding parking space in the property's own garage on the ground floor. Here you will also find an electrical outlet.
There is a total of five beds for 2 to 5 people, spread over a bedroom with a box spring bed and a children's room with a bed and a 1.40-meter sofa bed. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV.
The living / dining room with open kitchen offers enough space for a relaxing holiday with the family and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
The dog beach and the promenade with restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Many other destinations such as the climbing park, the surf camp, the forest outdoor pool and the city of Cuxhaven are located in the immediate vicinity.

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort und konnten uns gut erholen. Die Lage war ruhig und man hat kaum etwas von den anderen Familien im Haus gehört. Alle waren sehr nett! Wenn man sich in der Garage begegnet ist, dann kam man schnell ins Gespräch. Die Wohnung war für uns zu zweit und Hund perfekt.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und sie ist für ein Winter-Wochenende genau das Richtige.
Sie ist gut ausgestattet, zu bemängeln wäre lediglich der lose Wasserhahn beim Spülbecken und das nur noch 2 intakte Weingläser vorhanden sind.
Als Verbesserung für die Zukunft möchten wir eine Informationsmappe anregen, wie sie oft in Ferienwohnungen ausliegt. Hier könnte vermerkt werden, wie man an die Fahrräder kommt, wie das WLAN- Passwort heißt ( haben wir nicht gefunden…) und eine Kurzanleitung für Fernseher und Sauna würde den Aufenthalt entspannter gestalten.

Quartier war super. Lediglich die große Anzahl von Mails im Vorfeld fand ich unübersichtlich. Hier könnte ein wenig mehr Struktur und Kompaktheit gut tun.
