-NOTE: All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.
-NOTE: Any messing with pool equipment or valves will result in a $250 fine.
-NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and front yard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
-NOTE: There will on occasion be maintenance and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
