The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in Saint-François, situated approximately 200 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool, a floor area of 73 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests.
The single-storey accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 21 m² living room with a TV and Bluetooth soundbar, a sofa, opening onto the outside
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a mini electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90×190)
- A shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A 5m x 3m swimming pool (private, unheated), open all year round
- A 208 m² enclosed garden facing east, as well as a 45 m² south-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- At the far end of the garden, a shower room (with shower) and toilet
