This lovely villa is the perfect place to accommodate up to 6 people and offers an unforgettable stay in an enchanting setting.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and washing machine.
Enjoy the opening to the outside thanks to the small American bar and the two high chairs.
Convivial Living Space: The bright living room offers a two-seater sofa, a TV with Netflix and local channels, a small trolley that can be used as an office, and a fan for your comfort.
Private Pool and Sun Terrace: The large deck terrace, around the pool, is divided into two parts: the first part has an ajoupa with a large fixed bench and a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The second part, uncovered, is equipped with three deckchairs with mattresses and two daybeds, offering a breathtaking view of the golf course.
Dream Location: Villa BIRDY is located in the Hauts de Saint-François residence, on the golf course.
Less than a kilometre from the Casino, the town centre and the marina of Saint-François with its many restaurants. The first beach is only 2 kilometres away (3-4 minutes by car), and you are about 8-10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Pointe des Châteaux.
Comfortable Rooms: The villa offers three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and 160 cm beds with quality hotel bedding.
The master bedroom opens onto the pool and golf course, with a closet/wardrobe and its own bathroom equipped with a bath and WC.
The other two bedrooms also have views (golf course and pool and for the 3rd bedroom a garden view) and have fitted wardrobes/wardrobes.
A second shower room completes the layout of the bedrooms, with a toilet located at the hallway level.
