Villa Léocadie is a beautiful, traditional Creole family villa.

It is located in the seaside resort of Saint-François, in the heart of the quiet and secure residential neighborhood of Sainte-Marthe: close to the golf course, the most beautiful beaches, and less than a 5-minute drive from downtown, the port, and the marina.

LA VILLA LEOCADIE:

• Our villa accommodates 1 to 6 people.

• The living room and open-concept kitchen open onto the terrace.

• The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Orange TV package, and Wi-Fi.

• Two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom,

• 1 bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom accessible to guests with limited mobility (PMR).

• Each bedroom has air conditioning and is equipped with a mosquito net.

• The kitchen is functional and fully equipped; an adjoining laundry room completes the amenities with storage space.

• Our Léocadie villa is nestled in a lush, entirely enclosed, wooded setting of approximately 1,000 m² featuring coconut palms, banana trees, hibiscus, local avocado trees, papaya trees, and more—all of which evoke a sense of exoticism and a change of scenery.

• The private parking area within the property (maximum 2 vehicles) is secured by an electric gate and a manual gate.

• By the pool, on a large covered terrace, the dining area lets you enjoy your meals in complete tranquility, and the cozy lounge awaits you to savor a traditional Ti punch at cocktail hour.

• The 8 x 4-meter saltwater-filtered pool invites you to relax peacefully on your lounge chairs and enjoy long moments of leisure. The area is equipped with a large offset umbrella and an outdoor shower for your comfort.

• Our villa is equipped with a buffer tank to compensate for any potential water outages on the islands of Guadeloupe.

• The parking area, garden, kitchen, living room, ground-floor bedroom, ground-floor bathroom, and ground-floor restroom are accessible to guests with limited mobility (PMR).

• Infants and young children: Our villa is equipped with an electric bottle warmer, a travel crib with a fitted mosquito net, a waterproof changing pad, and two car sunshades.
