About this villa rental
Come to discover the softness of Guadeloupean life within Villa Kokomo.
Located near the Marina, its shops, services and restaurants, golf, beaches and lagoon, the villa will seduce you with its comfort, charm and modernity.
Completely renovated in 2018, the villa is composed of:
- an air-conditioned master suite: bedroom, dressing room and private bathroom with walk-in shower
- 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with a shower room with walk-in shower
- a fitted kitchen open to the living room ventilated by the trade winds
- umbrella bed for the little ones.
All furniture, bedding and equipment is new.
As for the garden, you will enjoy moments of relaxation under the covered terrace and around the swimming pool. Size 7x4, it is equipped with a security alarm for children and you will enjoy moments of conviviality in his "ti-punch box", surrounded by his deck of 80 m2 with deckchairs.
For the change of scenery, you will undoubtedly have the pleasure of crossing the iguanas who have taken up residence in the garden.
The on-site reception is provided by Virginie who will prepare the first breakfast.
The house is also equipped with a complementary water tank, connected to city water, essential to Saint Francis to counter the frequent water cuts.
Your car will be safe in the private parking.

Villa Kokomo is fabulous. Set in a beautiful garden (iguana family in the trees an added bonus!) with a fantastic pool, it's totally private despite being close to other villas and perfect for families, groups of friends or just a couple.
We loved the chic and stylish design, even better than the photos, and everything is of a high quality. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need and bathrooms great too. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space.
I think what really sets Villa Kokomo apart from many other nice villas we have stayed in the past is the attention to detail and level of care. From the exchanges with Olivia prior to arriving, to the lovely warm greeting from Victoria on arrival (the punch, fruit and snacks were greatly appreciated after a long flight!), tips and check-ins from both during the week and the comprehensive folder of information at the villa, you really feel looked after and that the hosts care about your stay.

Notre séjour à Villa Kokomo fut parfait! Victoria nous a gentiment et chaleureusement accueilli, et nous a offert de belles petites surprises (jus, punch et snacks). Elle fut toujours disponible et répondait rapidement lorsque nous avions des questions. La villa est tout simplement magnifique et nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour le jardin et sa piscine. Prendre le petit café tôt le matin sur la terrasse était l'un de mes moments favoris. Nos enfants ont eu un plaisir fou à jouer dans la piscine. Merci également à Olivia qui a toujours répondu à mes questions et qui a été d'une grande gentillesse lors de nos échanges.
Il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire près de la Villa; mais je vous conseille fortement de visiter l'ile au complet. Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour ces endroits : Jardin Botanique de Deshaies, Plage de Grande Anse (on y a goûté LE meilleur sorbet de coco ever!), Plage de Bois Jolan (près de Ste-Anne), Plage de Clugny (pour sa tranquilité et s'amuser dans les vagues) et la plage à la Pointe des Châteaux pour le snorkeling.
On espère pouvoir revenir à Villa Kokomo un de ces jours! On s'ennuie déjà d'être là-bas...

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans une maison qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. L’emplacement est idéal. La maison est très bien décorée et l’accueil parfait.
