Like all of our Quail Run Farm cabins, the Chestnut Cottage sits on a working farm, with animals in the pastures and mountain views all around. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a living area, and a full kitchen, it sleeps up to 6. With outdoor seating overlooking the pastures, and located just 15 minutes to Ruby Falls, the Chestnut Cottage makes it easy to plan a weekend getaway.

The Space:
Inside

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 (loft): 2 twin beds
- Full bathroom with tub/shower combo

- Full kitchen: Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker

- Private deck with outdoor seating and mountain views
- Charcoal grill out front (bring your own charcoal)

- Farm-raised eggs, grass-fed beef, house-cured bacon, and seasonal items can be pre-ordered to stock your fridge before you arrive
- Quail Run is a working farm, so please follow all posted signage

All of our properties feature self check-in. Full instructions will be provided prior to your check-in date through your online boarding pass.
You'll have the whole cabin to yourself.

To make the most of your stay, we recommend a car to get around. The Chestnut Cottage has parking for 2 cars in the shared cabin parking area.
Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available throughout Chattanooga, along with reasonably priced street and lot parking downtown. Alternatively, a free electric shuttle downtown connects the Chattanooga Choo Choo to the Tennessee Aquarium, and Bike Chattanooga offers bike-share rentals at 42 kiosks around the city.

Pet Policy:
We are pleased to allow dogs at the Chestnut Cottage. Up to 2 are welcome (under 50 lbs. each) for a $35 fee.
Farm Dog:
Sampson, our Great Pyrenees, roams the farm freely to guard the livestock. He's gentle with other dogs but likes to play, so please keep your dog leashed outdoors.
Check-In/Out:
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival and check-out is at 10:00 am on your last day.
Interaction with Guests:
If you have any questions, comments, or experience any difficulties during your stay, our locally based Guest Services team is on-call from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm ET every day.
