The condition of the house was very good. The house is rented as sleeping 8. I believe there was one bath towel for each guest. We stayed 4 nights. I washed towels twice during my stay. The best thermostat kept resetting the temperature at night to 63 degrees. I understand running a program to save on your expenses when the house is empty, but when it's rented out I should be able to set it at a comfortable temperature for me and my family. Maybe I just didn't know how to set it. But it sure seemed as if something was over riding what I was changing it to.

Great stay and would book again if in the area. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and house. There was enough room for our large family (2 adults and 4 kids). We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit especially with the available wood pile. Close to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Clean and spacious!

Well located near all places you want to visir. Nice house with great a/c.Comunnication with host I gave a one star because I could not get negative. Never answer my messages, calls or text. Only was able before checking with a pet concern over email. The should get soneone else to handle messages.Cleaning personnel finish just in tine of checkin, microwave was dirty, bathroom floor towels were wet, upstairs bed cover in one of the rooms was wet. Upstairs sinks were not draining properly sent a message did not receive a reply or call. Dish ware had few crack plates and glass.Its so sad the host was not responsive as these were thinga that could have been simple to resolve and I could have left a better review and star review. I also did not let me upload pictures here.
