Getting Around:
To make the most of your stay, we recommend a car to get around. Ridgeview has its own driveway that can fit up to two cars.
Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available throughout Chattanooga, along with reasonably priced street and lot parking downtown. Alternatively, a free electric shuttle downtown connects the Chattanooga Choo Choo to the Tennessee Aquarium, and Bike Chattanooga offers bike-share rentals at 42 kiosks around the city.

We are pleased to allow dogs at Ridgeview. Up to 2 are welcome (under 50 lbs. each) for a $35 fee.
Trains & Noise:
Chattanooga is a city known for its railroads. There are active train tracks that border the property to the north and I-24 is about half a mile away. Please note that light sleepers may be affected by the ambient city and train noise.
Check-In/Out:
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival and check-out is at 10:00 am on your last day.
Interaction with Guests:
If you have any questions, comments, or experience any difficulties during your stay, our locally-based Guest Services team is on-call from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm every day.
