Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Discover this cosy and modern 90 m² house, located in the town centre of Alhaurín el Grande. Its location allows you to enjoy local life, restaurants, shops and services just a few minutes away, combining the comfort of staying in the centre with a private space perfect for relaxation.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 4 people, it is an excellent option for couples, small families or travellers who wish to explore the interior of Málaga without giving up the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
🛏️ The property has two air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features a 135 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, whilst the second offers a 105 cm bed. The living room also has a large L-shaped sofa bed, providing versatility for organising your stay.
🚿 It has two full bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite, offering greater comfort especially when travelling as a family or in a group.
☀️ One of the most pleasant spaces in the property is its private interior patio of 20 m², perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast, relaxing outdoors or resting after a day exploring Málaga and its surroundings.
❄️ The house has air conditioning and heat pump, as well as WiFi connection via fibre optic, television, washing machine, iron and hairdryer.
🍴 Its modern open-plan kitchen with induction hob is perfectly integrated into the living area and equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender and all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay comfortably. It does not have a microwave.
👶 For families travelling with babies, the property has a cot and high chair.

The property is located in the heart of Alhaurín el Grande, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shops and parks just a few minutes away. Golf enthusiasts will find Alhaurín Golf about 5 km away and Lauro Golf about 8 km away.
Its location also allows you to easily visit Coín, Alhaurín de la Torre, Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella. The beaches of La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola are about 20 km away, whilst Málaga city and its airport are approximately 40 km away.
🌿 It is also an excellent starting point for discovering some of the great attractions in the interior of Málaga, such as Barranco Blanco, El Chorro and the Caminito del Rey.
