Discover this spacious 140 m² apartment, perfect for families or groups of up to 7 people who wish to enjoy the tranquillity of Alhaurín el Grande without giving up proximity to the Costa del Sol. Located just a few minutes' walk from the centre, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and all the necessary services during your stay.



🛏️ The accommodation has **3 bedrooms** and several rest spaces. The master bedroom offers a spacious 180 cm bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan and dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm, whilst the third has a single bed, desk and ceiling fan. Additionally, the two sofas in the living room and kitchen are convertible into beds, increasing the accommodation's capacity.



🛁 It has 2 full bathrooms, one en suite with a shower and another with a **whirlpool bath**, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.



🍴 The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Italian coffee maker, sandwich maker, bottle warmer, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware. It also has an independent utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.



☀️ The apartment features a pleasant 16 m² terrace, balcony, wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included), air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heating, mosquito nets, 3 Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi.



👶 Thinking of families, it has a travel cot and high chair. Furthermore, it is very convenient thanks to easy free parking on nearby streets.
