Great location, sofa's weren't comfortable, generous sized apartment in middle of town

Great location and good sized apartment. And the roof top terrace, which was once a bar, was a delightful place for us to have a DIY picnic one evening - had the terrace completely to ourselves to watch the sunset.

The sofa's were rock hard so very uncomfortable. Despite all the no smoking signs, it was evident that some previous guests had smoked in the apartment - with cigarette burn on one of the sofas. The room scent provided and running the airconditioning constantly meant we weren't totally put off by the residual smoke smells in the apartment

Ideal place to stay in the centre of town with cheap parking nearby

Convenient location in the town centre. Spacious clean and well maintained accommodation. Good kitchen facilities. Lively restaurant and bar - great food.

Check in was not easy in the busy bar. Staff could have been more friendly.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Unfortunately for us Casa Sardinia restaurant was closed for holidays so we didn't get to try it this time We stayed in Apartment 4 on the second floor. There is a lift and a wonderful roof terrace. Communication was excellent. The door codes were sent on the morning of our stay with no issues for entering the apartment. To make the experience even better the inclusion of a chopping board, coasters, tea towels and wine glasses in the kitchen would be perfect! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of the old town and in walking distance of the very lively Gerard Brennan Street. I will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect!

Very clean, nice size apartment, great position and just perfect for us.

If I had to mention something the kitchen could be modernized a bit but to be honest it wasn’t bad enough not to go there. Our Daughter and husband and two boys live in Alhaurin so it will be our place to stay often when we visit.

Loved the spacious room, very large living/dining area, great kitchen and spacious bedrooms. 4 balconies. The place was spotless. Only downside is if you want to go to bed early which we didn’t it was noisy from the outdoor dining until about 1am but we loved it and would definitely stay again. Great value, great location, parking on streets close by. Really nice buzzing feel, everyone dining and drinking, families and couples were there til 1am but it was great. Lovely place I thoroughly enjoyed it. 10/10 for me. Great accommodation and great bar/restaurant.

Good but noisy hotel

The size of the appartment.

The hotel is located a very noisy place in the center of the town, but the windows of the building don’t have soundproofing. I could not sleep at night because of the noise and could easily hear people talking in the street. Also, breakfast is not served, and it’s a pity.

Good value and location for visiting Alhaurín

Location is super, right in the old town with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Staff in the restaurant below were really friendly and a nice place for a night-cap before bed. The apartment is clean, furnishings are nothing special but comfy. It was a really large flat so it did feel a bit excessive for just one night, but was really good value all considered.

This is an really excellent and spacious apartment at a good price - highly recommended.

Their was no breakfast, it was an apartment above their restuarante, which did not open until lunchtime. It was extremely spacious and comfortable, and very well equipped . While the lounge could be noisy from the street, the bedroom was very quiet, as it was at the back.

It is right in the centre of the village, with parking restrictions/charges between 09.00 and 14.00 and 17.00 and 20.00, which the venue could not help, but if you have a car this means you have to go and buy tickets often.
