Great place to stay.

Location was great for what we needed, Accommodation was to a high standard and had all the features and equipment. it was well designed and worked well for us.

Occasionally the electric would trip out and we would have to reset, sometimes you get this though.

Apartament ładny, obsługa klienta fatalna.

Dobra lokalizacja, ładny apartament, dużo miejsca, dwie łazienki.

Zameldowano nas w apartamencie, który miał uszkodzony ruter, nie mieliśmy wifi przez 5 dni pobytu. Wykonaliśmy przez kilka dni mnóstwo telefonów i wciąż pisaliśmy do obsługi klienta, by w końcu 5 dnia ktoś przyszedł ten ruter wymienić. Kontakt z obsługą klienta był fatalny. Zgłoszeniami zajmowały się wciąż inne osoby, które nie przekazywały sobie informacji, panował chaos, obsługa nie odpisywała w tym samym dniu. Nasz depozyt 300 Euro powinien być zwrócony do 48 godzin po wymeldowaniu a został zwrócony dopiero po 10 dniach, po reklamacji złożonej na BOOKING. W kuchni brak deski do krojenia, za mało talerzy i sztućcy dla 5 osób. Klimatyzacja tunelowa działała, ale wolno i słabo chłodziła pomieszczenia.

Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout senti à l’aise dans ce logement car trop de restrictions , personnel pas présent pas d’accueil !! Les salle de bain n’étaient pas très propre. Nous sommes restés 9 jours et pas de possibilité d’avoir de nouveau draps Service clients catastrophique!

Die Wohnung war TOP. Sehr groß und gemütlich. Es fehlte an nichts. Super Internet und alles sauber. Parkplatz konnten wir immer im Umkreis von 50m finden. Supermarkt gegenüber.

Ohne einen Punkt abziehen zu wollen, würde ich die Silicon - Abdichtungen in den Bädern renovieren. Toaster könnte neu gekauft werden… aber alles nicht der Rede wert.

Buen apartamento y buena zona

Buenas ubicación y buena zona con comercios y bares próximos. El apartamento limpio, cómodo y con mucha luz. Hay plancha y secador de pelo.

El apartamento está muy bien limpio y comodo. Añadir solo como comentario que en los baños no había dosificador de gel y champú. Tuvimos que salir corriendo a comprar. En la cocina no había bolsas de basura de repuesto y el lavavajillas perdía agua.
