Clean but cold accommodation

Accommodation was very nice and clean. Great location.

Accommodation was freezing and damp. No hot water. We could not work the gas cooker and there were no instructions. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms and the kitchen window was not secure and would not close properly.

Great location and thoughtful host, beautifully presented property and good for a short stay.

The property itself has been beautifully renovated and is equipped with everything you could need during your stay, the host left us a bottle of wine, water, beers and snacks which we felt was a very warm welcome too. The host is evidently thoughtful as there were lots of leaflets offering information on things to do as well as very fluffy towels, the property was also spotlessly clean. The shower was great; strong and hot, cold drinking water on tap from the fridge and an excellent washing machine that we used regularly. The location is only a 12 minute walk (uphill) to the main street Gerard Brennan in Alhaurin and finding parking outside the property was very easy too.

We found the beds were sadly not comfortable for us, the double bed was hard and though we ended up moving into the twin beds in the spare room we found them uncomfortable also unfortunately. Also the amount of flies that gather during the day in the inner high walled courtyard was pretty unbearable at times, though this is not the fault of the host we feel that there must be something that could be done to stop them gathering and becoming trapped in the courtyard (netting, zapper etc).

La amabilidad de la sra. Milagros y su disponibilidad. Piso espacioso y con patio. Cocina equipada y todo como nuevo.

No había jabón de ducha y el papel de baño, tuvimos que comprar porque solo había un rollo. Nos extrañó porque en este tipo de alojamientos, dispones de estos elementos como algo básico. El patio era muy bonito pero tiene un desagüe en el medio que suelta un poco de olor y no te permite disfrutar mucho rato. En la habitación, pese a estar todo limpio y buen dispuesto, si que notamos que había paredes con un poco de humedad.

Een ruim appartement op een heel fijn plekje, ideaal om tripjes te maken naar verschillende mooie plekken.

Het is een ruim appartement met alle benodigdheden. Fijn ontvangen en we mochten ook wat eerder terecht, omdat we een vroege vlucht hadden. Het dorpje is een mooie centrale plek om vanuit daar trips te doen. Hele lekkere en betaalbare Restaurants dichtbij.

Het is een beetje donker. Maar in de zomer is dat waarschijnlijk heel lekker koel. Nu is het een beetje kil.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y la cama muy cómoda, la ubicación es perfecta está todo cerca y siempre hay aparcamiento libre, Milagros es una persona encantadora y muy amable.
