Welcome to The Peachy Palm, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental at 400 Ocean Boulevard on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Located in a gated complex just a two-minute walk from Pier Village, this top-floor condo puts local restaurants, shops, and island adventures within easy reach. With room for up to four guests, a covered balcony overlooking the community pool, and beaches minutes away, it's an inviting home base for a romantic getaway or small-family vacation.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, large dresser, two nightstands with lamps, and a large Smart TV. In the living room, a queen sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space, with extra linens, blankets, and pillows supplied. A second Smart TV and complimentary WiFi make it easy to unwind after exploring the island.
Step onto the covered balcony from either the bedroom or living room. Three chairs and a small table offer a comfortable spot to enjoy breakfast or relax overlooking the pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, and garbage disposal. A large kitchen island with four stools provides space for meals and conversation.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a stackable washer and dryer tucked into a nook. Additional conveniences include an iron and ironing board, box fan, and luggage rack.

Enjoy the community pool in the center of the complex, or prepare a meal on one of two shared BBQ grills nearby. Four beach chairs and four beach towels are provided for your island outings, along with free on-site parking.
